Phil has been with Footlight since September 2009 and is extremely popular, he also comes with an enviable CV for his dance awards alone! He is such a great role model at the school for all the children, but particularly for the boys who may feel peer pressure at school for doing dance. Phil demonstrates that is not only cool to dance but also hugely rewarding. He's had a busy Christmas performing in Aladdin in Lincolnshire, also watch out for the next series of Shameless where you can see Phil as part of a dance crew!
